A central community pavilion anchors the precinct and organizes movement across the site. Pergola-lined gardens and terraced landscapes frame this core, guiding visitors toward the water. The lake edge is articulated through stepped stone terraces that reinterpret traditional ghats as a refined seating and gathering edge, seamlessly transitioning to boating docks and a controlled water interface.

A canal feeds into a sculptural check dam that functions as a fountain element and visual spine, shaping views and orienting circulation without presenting itself as utilitarian infrastructure. Community halls are designed to remain flexible, opening directly into outdoor spaces and viewing decks overlooking the lake.

The precinct supports festivals, concerts, open-air dining, and everyday social life, balancing programmed activity with moments of pause. Movement is intentional, with stairways and level changes choreographing views, encounters, and rest. Planting follows a structured, traditional Italian palette, reinforcing the civic character of the space.
