The façade is defined by a disciplined grid of horizontal glazing and solid framing, reflecting the rational and structured nature of a technology-driven environment. Extensive glazing maximizes daylight penetration, while solid elements provide rhythm, shading, and thermal control. Flat roofs accommodate solar panels and services without disturbing the building’s clean profile.

Internally, circulation corridors run along the courtyard edge, reinforcing visual engagement with greenery and improving workplace comfort. Training rooms, seminar halls, collaborative zones, administrative offices, and R&D spaces are distributed across the three wings with centrally placed service cores for efficiency. Open collaborative areas transition into focused workspaces and meeting rooms, supporting a balanced work and learning environment.
